Question 1

What happens during the AI Readiness Assessment?

Accepted Answer

We spend 30 minutes understanding your current Dynamics 365 setup (or your existing systems if you're not yet on D365). We identify the top 3-5 manual processes that AI can automate and give you a rough estimate of the time and cost savings.

Question 2

Is there really no cost or commitment?

Accepted Answer

Correct. The assessment is free. We don't ask for a credit card, and there's no obligation to proceed. We find that when we show businesses exactly where they're losing time, the value speaks for itself.

Question 3

We're still on Dynamics NAV. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help businesses migrate from NAV, AX, and GP to modern Dynamics 365. The migration includes moving your data, rebuilding customisations as upgrade-safe extensions, and deploying AI automations from Day 1.

Question 4

How long does a typical implementation take?

Accepted Answer

A single-module Business Central implementation typically takes 8-12 weeks. Multi-module or complex implementations take 3-6 months. We work in sprints so you see working functionality every 2 weeks.

Question 5

Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

Our primary focus is UK mid-market businesses, but we serve clients across Europe and can support multi-country Dynamics 365 deployments.

Let's make your Dynamics 365 intelligent.
