n8n + External AI Tools (Advanced Orchestration)

Some automations need to go beyond what Microsoft tools can do. n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that connects Dynamics 365 to hundreds of external services: CRMs, marketing platforms, custom APIs, AI models, databases, and more. We use n8n for complex, multi-step automations that span multiple systems, apply custom business logic, or integrate AI models that are not available inside the Microsoft ecosystem.
